Yes, the light blue ribbon is 3" wide and the dark blue ribbon is 1" wide. Got both at the dollar store! I found several great tutorials for diaper cakes on You Tube that were very helpful. I opened the diapers and then rolled them, put a tiny clothes pin to hold each diaper and once I had the layer ready I put one big rubber band around the outside and then removed the clothes pins. I inserted two baby bottles in the center for stability. Have fun :D

Patti, I will be making one at the end of this month. What did you use around the edge of each layer? Is that really big ribbon? Thanks
